Yesterday, Iran lifted the restrictions on the importation of Pakistani citrus. At the same time, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi started his two-day trip to the Islamic Republic.
Qureshi tweeted after arriving in Iran: “Always a pleasure to be in Iran and I am pleased to share some good news for our citrus farmers. Following discussions, happy to announce that Iran has lifted restrictions on the import of Pakistan’s kinnow.”
