Corte Molino gets drinkers into summer party spirit with fizz cocktailsWith Prosecco a huge winner in the sparkling wine category over the last few years, Corte Molino is encouraging fizz lovers to use the super versatile drink in simple summer serves.

“After a challenging couple of years, it is finally time to get your shorts or summer frocks on and have some fun with some scrumptious yet simple-to-make drinks that can turn your glass of prosecco into something sensational,” the company said.

Corte Molino prosecco is made by Borgo Molino in Treviso, Italy.

The esteemed producer prides itself on making wines with finesse and elegance, and the Extra Dry and DOC Rosé – which are both widely available in Co-op stores nationwide – are no exception.

The Corte Molino Prosecco Extra Dry is an easy-drinking fizz. Striking with its sensational Tiffany-blue label, this sparkler is made from an exclusive selection of Glera grapes to create a straw-yellow Prosecco with a fine fizz.

It’s guaranteed to put a sparkle in your step this summer, said the producer.

Floral on the nose and delicately fruity on the palate, this is a well-structured, slightly sweet treat.

Meanwhile, the Corte Molino Prosecco DOC Rosé is a blend of Glera and Pinot Nero. The Rosé fizz is vibrant pink in colour with flavours of raspberry and strawberry and delicate floral notes. It is a brilliant example of how this new style of wine should taste and comes in a heavenly pastel pink bottle. Both are suitable for vegans.

Corte Molino suggests five simple summer serve ideas:

  • Prosecco Mimosa
  • Elderflower Gin Fizz
  • Pink Raspberry Bellini
  • The French 75
  • Pink Kir Royale

Corte Molino Extra Dry 75cl & Corte Molino DOC Rosé 75cl are both £8.50 and available from selected Co-op stores nationwide.
