Pizza with cauliflower soul continues acceptance with consumers

Coliflow, the pizza brand with the soul of cauliflower, continues unstoppable since its launch with availability in more than 900 shelves of El Corte Inglés, Carrefour and Carrefour Express, Ametller Origen, Sorli, Uvesco, as well as in Glovo, and soon in Froiz.

And, after the success achieved in its first weeks on the different shelves, and the increase in turnover of around 46% in the first six months of life, the brand closes 2022 breaking records in the market and achieving a milestone in its history with more than 100,000 units of pizza sold.

Alba Sánchez-Vicario, niece of the well-known tennis player Arantxa Sánchez-Vicario, designed the pizza as a healthier option than conventional pizzas to allow consumers to enjoy this dish and introduce it as a regular part of a balanced diet thanks to its four SKUs: Pack of two Coliflow pizza bases, to make to your liking, Pizza Coliflow Vegetables, Pizza Coliflow Cheese and Pizza Coliflow Ham and Cheese.

Thanks to its Nutriscore A rating on its two-base pack and vegetable pizza, as well as its improved nutritional profile on its cheese pizza and ham and cheese pizza, Coliflow has been able to meet consumer demands and offer a perfect option for both people who take care of themselves, as for families with children. Coliflow pizzas, with up to 50% less wheat flour, are baked in an artisan workshop with a stone oven, and are made with the equivalent of 120 grams of fresh cauliflower per base. In addition, they are made with slow-fermenting sourdough and extra virgin olive oil, and with top quality raw materials, with ingredients such as natural tomato or 100% natural mozzarella cheese without serums.
