Patrick Mills joins Idaho Potato Commission as retail promotion director
Patrick Mills has been named retail promotion director, West-Canada, at the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC). He joined the organization Jan. 2 and will serve alongside Kent Beasley until Jan. 31 — Beasley’s last day with IPC.
Mills has over 25 years of experience in the produce industry and previously held management positions at Bashas’ and Sal Amato Produce.
Moreover, he launched his career as a produce merchandiser at Safeway in 2000 and managed produce and floral products at Sprouts Farmers Market and Lucky’s Market.
