Flanagan Foodservice head Dan Flanagan to retire, Bill Stafford to succeed him

Dan Lafrance, president and CEO of Flanagan Foodservice, plans to retire in March 2024. Bill Stafford, who will join the company January 15, will succeed Lafrance.

Lafrance joined the company in 2019 as the first non-family president and took on the added role of CEO in 2021. Lafrance previously worked at Kraft Heinz, Kraft Canada and Kraft General Foods.

Stafford has extensive food and distribution experience and has held leadership roles in Canada and the U.S. Most recently, he was senior vice president of foodservice for Shamrock Foods in Arizona.
