With studies show that an estimated 70% of people across Europe and America are not getting enough magnesium in their diet, BetterYou is introducing a new functional drinks range set to help millions meet their daily intake of wonder mineral, magnesium.
According to BetterYou, one in two younger adults having magnesium intakes below the Lower Reference Nutrient Intakes (LRNI) equivalent to gross deficiency. In addition there has been a 21% decline in magnesium within all major food groups since 1940s.
