Richard Glover, president of the North Division, PepsiCo Beverages North America, plans to retire after a 30+ year career, 26 years with PepsiCo. Mike Ruff, currently president of PepsiCo Beverages Canada, will succeed Glover.
Glover served as president of PepsiCo Canada Beverages before being named president of the North Division of the business, based in the U.S. He started with Frito-Lay Canada and took on different roles throughout his career that took him to the U.S., Australia and then back to the U.S. to serve his in current role.
Ruff is also a long-time employee with PepsiCo, and has been with the company for more than 25 years. He was named president of PepsiCo Beverages Canada in in 2021 and prior this, served in a variety of executive roles at the company.
