Walmart Canada has announced expanded and new roles for five members of its senior leadership team.

John Bayliss has been appointed chief operations officer and will lead an expanded portfolio of store operations, supply chain, format and real estate development. Most recently, he was chief administration officer.
Laurent Duray has been promoted to chief growth officer with an expanded portfolio that will cover alternate revenue streams, such as Retail Media and Financial Services, digital enablement, ecommerce and customer understanding.Previously, held the role of chief ecommerce officer.
Matt Kelly has been promoted to vice president of supply chain. He was vice president, supply chain transformation.
Joe Schrauder is the new vice president, head of store operations and previously served as vice president, operations and chief of staff to the CEO.
Michon Williams joins the leadership team as chief technology officer. She has extensive background in technology development and product and portfolio management.
