Georgia Main Food debuted its first Asian grocery store on February 3, 2024.
Meiga Supermarket in Port Moody, B.C. features an open kitchen with ready-to-serve foods such as take-away dim sum, congees, and a comprehensive BBQ menu. The store will also offer feature cold drinks like brown sugar milk tea and passionfruit green tea.

The company says it will use the new Port Moody store as a testing ground for the concept as it plans an expansion to more locations in the next few years.
Georgia Main operates seven Fresh St. Market stores and 22 IGA stores in B.C.
