The Alberta Food Processors Association (AFPA) is pleased to announce the official return of the Alberta Food and Beverage Awards, our industry’s premier industry awards recognizing the best food and beverage products from across the province. Alberta food and beverage producers are invited to submit their products for a chance to be named ‘Alberta’s Best’ in one of thirteen categories.

Products will be judged on four criteria: Quality, Taste & Appearance, Packaging & Overall Appeal, and Unique Selling Features. Submissions will be judged by an impartial panel of industry experts and scores authenticated by MNP. Awards will be handed out at a special 50th Anniversary Gala and Food & Beverage Awards reception, Friday, June 14th at the Renaissance Hotel, Edmonton. The who’s who of our industry will be on hand to recognize our award winners and celebrate the best food and beverage products made right here in Alberta.

Why Enter? AFPA’s Alberta Food & Beverage Awards identify the BEST food and beverage products processed in the province of Alberta. In addition to being recognized at the Awards presentation on June 14th, winners will receive a custom ‘Best of Alberta’ label to display on their products and marketing materials and will be showcased on the Made in Alberta website, featured in our upcoming issue of AFPA’s In Action magazine and Western Grocer Magazine.
