Quinoa is a grain high in protein, fiber, and nutrients, and contains all nine essential amino acids. It’s also gluten-free and nut-free, making it a good option for people who have dietary restrictions.
Nuike Foods also makes plant-based products from unconventional food ingredients like peanut milk, whose legume properties make an extra smooth texture and mayonnaise made from chickpeas, mustard and lemons.
