At the Fi India 2024 exhibition held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre on September 25th, 2024, Mane Kancor was awarded two prestigious accolades.
The company received the ‘Excellence in Research and Development’ award in the Food Innovation category, outshining 16 other exceptional participants.
In addition, Mane Kancor won the ‘Ingredient of the Year’ award for our King Chilli (Bhut Jolokia) oleoresin. Renowned for its intense heat and unique flavour, this oleoresin is part of its Global Chilli Spectrum, where selective chilli peppers with their taxonomic diversity are extracted using advanced methods to retain the oleoresin’s authentic taste and aroma.
