Agropur appoints new senior VP of operations

Dairy processor company Agropur names Jean-François Dubé as its new senior vice president of operations. Dubé will head work across Agropur’s 29 production facilities in Canada and the United States.

In his new role, Dubé will lead Agropur’s operations transformation, which includes stabilizing Agropur’s operations, ensuring consistent execution and delivering targeted growth.

A member of Agropur’s senior management committee, Dubé came to the cooperative from the aerospace industry in 2017 to serve as VP, health and safety, and later as VP- manufacturing, cheese and ingredients Canada. He most recently served as VP, strategic initiatives and organizational transformation, and led a team that laid the groundwork for optimization and reducing the costs of Agropur’s activities.
