I’m thrilled to announce the 85^th anniversary of Food in Canada! Throughout the year, I’ll take you on a nostalgic journey, sharing milestones from the Canadian F&B processing industry over the past 85 years. Expect insights on regulatory changes, product innovations, consumer trends, trade deals, mergers & acquisitions, and excerpts from our archives.

The Food in Canada team is incredibly proud and grateful for the opportunity to be the industry’s voice for 85 years. To kick off the celebrations, we invite you to participate in a “Guess What Happened” contest. Based on the photo below, tell us what would have happened.
