On January 24th, during Sirha Lyon, GL events announced the acquisition of the Europain trade exhibition and the creation of Sirha Bake & Snack, in a strategic partnership with Ekip, the taste equipment specialists. The entire French Bakery and snacking export industry will meet from Sunday, January 18th to Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, at Paris Porte de Versailles.

Sirha Bake & Snack strongly embodies the evolution of the bakery and pastry sector and the growing importance of snacking, establishing itself as a key player in its transformation.
