Calgary Co-op Announces Results of 2025 Director Election

April 16, 2024 – Calgary – Calgary Co-operative Association Limited (“Calgary Co-op”) is pleased to announce the results of its 2025 Director Election.

Each year, Calgary Co-op Member-Owners elect three fellow Member-Owners to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors. The Board plays a vital role in overseeing the governance, operations, and strategic direction of one of North America’s largest retail Cooperatives.

The following individuals have been elected to serve a three-year term on the Calgary Co-op Board of Directors:

Ken White, re-elected for a second term and appointed as Board Chair,

Suzy Smibert, newly elected,

Sandy Edmonstone, newly elected.

The 2025-2026 Board of Directors consists of nine directors: Ken White, Board Chair; Miranda Keating Erickson, Vice Chair; Brad Krizan, Dominique Gregoire, Victoria Bradbury, Gael MacLeod, Elliot Bridgewater, Sandy Edmonstone, and Suzie Smibert.

Calgary Co-op and the Board of Directors extend sincere thanks to outgoing Directors, Mike Dalton, and Bryan Walton, for their dedicated years of service and contributions to Calgary Co-op.
