Kitchen Table opens and Italian café and pasta bar Cantina di Luigi
In January, Yen was promoted from chef at the Michelin-recommended Bacaro — one of the Kitchen Table collection of restaurants — to become culinary director of it all. That is, Bacaro, Ask for Luigi, Pourhouse, Carlino, Di Beppe, Farina a Legna, three Giovane Caffes, Monzo Burger, Motoretta Gelato, Super Veloce coffee bar, Pizzeria Farina, Mercato di Luigi (there are now two mercatos) and Cantina di Luigi.
