PriceSmart Foods Broadway opens bringing new taste traditions to Vancouver 

(Thursday, May 8, 2025 – Vancouver, B.C.) On Wednesday, May 7 Nesters Market closed at 6 p.m. and officially reopened this morning at 8 a.m. as PriceSmart Foods Broadway­­­. The store marks the first PriceSmart Foods location to open in the City of Vancouver.

The same great team members will continue to offer the same great service, including store manager David Jordan.

As the Asian community in Metro Vancouver continues to grow, PriceSmart Foods aims to offer new taste traditions to its customers with great value on the authentic products they are looking for.

Alongside a full array of traditional Western and Asian grocery products, customers can also find fresh local and international produce, a wide variety of new products, including specialty meats and seafood, unique snacks, authentic ingredients and even meals to go.

“This has been a long time coming and I know I speak for the whole team when I say that we are so excited the big day is finally here,” said store manager David Jordan. “Thank you for your continued support, we look forward to serving our new and returning customers, now as PriceSmart Foods!”

Grand opening celebrations kick off on May 8, where the first 88 customers will receive a free $10 gift card. Celebrations will continue all week with exclusive hot offers, sampling in-store and more!

At 288 E Broadway, PriceSmart Foods Broadway is open 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., seven days a week.
