The number of approved recall petitions has risen to nine for Premier Danielle Smith’s United Conservative Party caucus after Monday’s confirmation to Alberta’s chief electoral officer.
In his remarks this year, Moe highlighted Saskatchewan’s growing influence on the world stage and underscored Agribition’s role as a key gathering place for both industry and community.
“For more than 50 years, Agribition has showcased Saskatchewan’s livestock on local, national, and international stages,” Moe said.
“Our province has earned its place among the world’s leading jurisdictions in livestock and forage development. We combine world-class production with the technology and innovation that keep our agriculture sector vibrant and competitive. Events like this bring people together to recognize the producers, businesses, and partners who contribute year-round to making Saskatchewan a leader in agriculture.”
The premier also recognized the organizers, volunteers, and exhibitors who help welcome more than 1,200 international visitors from more than 60 countries each year, noting that Agribition remains “a one-stop destination for education, networking and showcasing the very best our province has to offer.”
Today’s breakfast also set the stage for a major announcement from Agribition and CN. The two organizations have formally renewed their partnership for another five years, a deal valued at $575,000.
