Ya Ya Foods opens new plant

Ya Ya Foods officially opens its beverage production facility in Belleville, Ont. The facility was developed to meet the growing demand for aseptic PET beverage production. The site also has a warehouse to support the transportation of ingredients and packaging, as well as the storage of ambient and temperature-controlled finished goods.

“This investment reflects where the market is going,” said Yahya Abbas, CEO of Ya Ya Foods. “We are building the infrastructure today to support the beverage brands of tomorrow.”

By 2030, the facility is set to generate more than 300 jobs in the region.
