The Breeze, an ambitious new waterfront dining experience in Sechelt at the Telus Marina, is part of a 17,000-sq.-ft. destination that will include accommodations and a community hub. The restaurant is helmed by chef Jack Chen (Pear Tree, Bishop’s, L’Abattoir, Farmer’s Apprentice, Coquille). After moving to the Sunshine Coast, Chen and his wife opened the short-lived but buzzy Brassica restaurant in Gibsons.
