AFSC appoints new chair | The Western Producer
Kelly Smith-Fraser has been appointed chair of Agriculture Financial Services Corp.’s board of directors.
Smith-Fraser is an Alberta cattle producer and has years of experience on multiple boards.
She has previously served with Results Driven Agriculture Research, Alberta Beef Producers and the Canadian Maine-Anjou Association.
AFSC is administering Alberta’s recently announced $340-million Canada-Alberta Livestock Feed Assistance Initiative, designed to help producers cover feed and water access costs this year.
