Antalis has refreshed and extended its Raflatac digital label portfolio, which is exclusively available from Antalis in the UK and Ireland, adding four new, dry toner approved products to its range.

Items within the range now boast the new, ‘StaticOUT’ feature, for reducing the effects of static electricity. The four new products are:

  1. Raflatac Digital Classic Laser – a white, narrow-ribbed, wet-strength paper that is alkali resistant and mould proof, making it the perfect option for creating stylish wine and beverage labels as well as for general product labels. Classic Laser is suitable for dry toner, HP Indigo, flexography, offset, letterpress and screen printing.
  2. Raflatac Digital Kraft Brown – a standard-ribbed, machine-glazed, brown Kraft paper made with long-fibre, resinous pulp. Its authentic, natural and vintage look makes it ideal for creating stylish wine and beverage labelling. Kraft Brown is suitable for offset, HP Indigo and laser dry toner printing methods.
  3. Raflatac Digital Polylaser Matt White – now available as extra permanent, this is a white, heat-stabilised, matt coated polyester film designed for creating laser printed film labels, with variable information. Ideal for use where strong adhesion is required, such as product and logistic labelling and outdoor applications. Resistant to water, oil and chemicals, this product also has excellent tolerance to temperature and humidity fluctuations. Thanks to the pre-treatment, Polylaser Matt White is printable by all common printing methods such as dry toner, HP Indigo, letterpress, flexography, screen and offset.
  4. Raflatac Digital Naturl – available in February, the next addition to be introduced to the Antalis collection is Raflatac Naturl; a 100% recycled eco-friendly product for multipurpose labelling. Awarded four stars on Antalis’ Green Star System, the product is ideal for direct mail retailing, business forms, shipping labels and much more. Suitable for dry toner, HP Indigo, offset, flexo and screen print.

Category director for office and digital at Antalis, Tim Percival, comments: “Raflatac is such a great product and continues to be a hugely popular brand thanks to its wide choice of labels for all nature of applications. Printed samples showcasing the new products are now available, and we will be adding these to our award-winning Digibox reference tool for digital print.”
