Bee Maid Honey appoints Paul Remillard as its new CEO.
Remillard succeeds Guy Chartier, who is retiring.
“Paul is a proven executive leader with deep operational expertise and a strong track record of aligning strategy with execution,” said Danielle Eastman, board chair. “His values and leadership philosophy align strongly with Bee Maid’s co-operative foundation, and we are confident he will guide the organization forward with integrity and a focus on sustainable growth for our members.”
Remillard brings more than 25 years of manufacturing, engineering, and operational experience, along with over 20 years of senior-level strategic leadership across both family-owned businesses and publicly traded organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Manitoba.
Most recently, he served as president and general manager of Nordstrong Equipment, where he led corporate strategy and execution, strengthened market presence, and advanced innovation while maintaining strong financial and operational discipline. Prior to that, he held the role of vice president, manufacturing and facilities at Motor Coach Industries.
“Bee Maid Honey has a long-standing reputation for quality, trust, and producer ownership,” said Remillard. “I’m excited to work alongside the co-operative’s beekeeper-members and employees to build on that legacy and continue delivering value for customers and retail partners across Canada.”
