Nestle Canada makes several changes to its leadership team.
Paul De Larzac, business executive officer, (BEO), Ice Cream, has been appointed VP, regional manager for North America reporting to Jeff Hamilton, incoming CEO, Zone Americas.
Larzac joined Nestle in 2003. His experience includes BEO roles in Ice Cream and International Premium Waters in Canada. Larzac has also worked for Nestle Australia as well as in the Canadian Convenience Channel (C-Channel) route-to-market strategy and in marketing and sales.
Mark Cecchetto, BEO, Confectionery, will be taking on the role of BEO, Ice Cream. Cecchetto was appointed to his current role in December 2020. Prior to that, he led the Frozen Meals and Pizza business and previously was BEO, Infant Nutrition. Cecchetto originally joined Nestle in 2005 and has moved through multiple assignments across both the marketing and sales functions.
Greg Coles, chief customer officer, will transition to the role of BEO, Confectionery. Coles has held various commercial leadership roles since joining in 2003. Rob Wilson, customer development team leader, is promoted to chief customer officer. Wilson has enjoyed a successful career at Nestle Canada since joining in 2001 and brings over 20 years of experience in customer development.
