Conagra Brands Canada announce several changes to its Canadian and sales leadership teams including the addition of two new members.
Tim Lute has been named vice president – commercial strategy, insights & transformation. Lute will be responsible for developing Conagra Brands Canada’s commercial strategy supporting the company’s ambitious goals in market. Lute brings over 20 years of experience within sales, channel strategy and marketing from Coca-Cola Canada. Tim was most recently CEO of Sapsucker where he led the organization to growth by doubling the business over the past two years. Tim will report to Paul Hogan, VP & GM, Conagra Brands Canada.
Leslie Mackay has been named vice president – customer leadership organization. Mackay will be responsible for growing Conagra Brands Canada portfolio. Prior to this appointment, Mackay was the vice president of sales, Conagra Brands Canada. Mackay will also report to Hogan.
Lute and Mackay will partner with Lynne Strickler, head of marketing, Conagra Brands Canada, in bringing to life Conagra Brands Canada strategic plan through portfolio activation, innovation, commercial capabilities, channel execution and customer partnerships.
Jeremy Griffin joins the Conagra Brands Canada’s sales leadership team in the role of director sales, Loblaw, reporting to Mackay. Griffin brings over 20 years of customer leadership and commercial experience from Nielsen, Mars Wrigley. Most recently, Griffin was head of international development and M&M Express with M&M Food Market.
