These are just some of the insights at the recent Plant-Based Foods of Canada annual conference, “Navigating a Changing Landscape,” held February 7 at the Maple Leaf Foods ThinkFOOD! Centre in Mississauga, Ont.
More than 100 people attended the annual event to hear industry experts, suppliers and retailers share their ideas about the evolving plant-based food and beverage market.
