Covered Bridge restarts potato chip production just one month after devastating fire

Covered Bridge has begun to produce its signature potato chips again, one month after a devastating fire destroyed its production facility.

With help from co-packers, the company is getting back on its feet.

“One month ago, we lost our factory. It was a huge blow to our staff, our community and our thousands of supporters,” a LinkedIn post reads. “You know what we didn’t lose in the fire? Our ability to adapt, our resilience and our no-quit attitude. It has been one of the longest and shortest months our business has faced in its 15 years.”
