Freson Bros., an Alberta-based family-owned grocery chain, has once clinched the Creative Choice Award from the National Grocers Association (NGA).
The accolade honours a grocery or retail chain that shows a commitment to excellence in marketing and merchandising.
“I’m so proud that Freson Bros. is being recognized throughout North America for our marketing activity, but it wouldn’t be possible without the great products and large number of skilled team members within the company,” remarked Fawcett. “We have so many wonderful stories about Alberta products to share with our communities,” said Mandi Fawcett, marketing director at Freson Bros.
Additionally, Freson Bros. secured the top spot in the Traditional Media category and earned honourable mentions in three other categories.
The judging panel, comprised of industry experts and members of the trade press, evaluated entries across eight distinct categories, with criteria focusing on creativity, clarity, innovation and overall effectiveness.
