Healthy Planet to open new store in Toronto area

Healthy Planet plans to open a new store in Toronto in March. The new location will replace another Healthy Planet in the area.

The 18,000 sq ft store will be located at 994 Islington Ave and will include the company’s signature Healthy Planet Kitchen and seating area, and its array of organic produce, natural grocery and household items, vitamins and supplements, sports nutrition and natural beauty products. The new store will also offer in-store nutritionists to support customer needs.

Muhammad Mohamedy, general manager of Healthy Planet, says the new store will be the largest to date for the chain.

“This new location underscores our commitment to providing accessible health and wellness solutions tailored to people’s diverse needs,” says Mohamedy.

Healthy Planet has been steadily expanding in recent years. Last October a new store opened in downtown Toronto, marking the second downtown location for the chain and the 36th store overall.
