Jimmy O. Yang has spent quite a bit of time in Vancouver filming so of course the self-professed foodie knows where to eat. Here are some of the actor and comedian’s favourite Vancouver restaurants.
Jimmy O. Yang knows Vancouver’s where it’s at.
The actor and comedian, known for his time on HBO’s Silicone Valley and the film Crazy Rich Asians, sold out three standup shows this past weekend at Vancouver’s Vogue Theatre as part of JFL Vancouver. During his set, he shared his affinity for after parties at T & T and Burnaby’s Crystal Mall because “where else can you buy cha siu next door to an immigration lawyer?”
Yang has spent plenty of time in Vancouver, having filmed both season 2 of Netflix’s Space Force and his 2021 romantic comedy Love Hard right here in B.C., so it’s clear the self-professed foodie knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the city’s dining.
