Winemakers Justin Seidenfeld and Olivia Wright are amping up the energy here, bringing less sweetness and more minerality to this unique label grown in well-drained, mineral-rich soils that are sun-drenched during the day and well-cooled at night. We enjoyed the fresh, bright, restrained lime and tropical fruit and the lime, mineral, melon, green apple and grapefruit lining this fresh, easy-to-drink white palate. Food pairings include toasted brie, seared scallops, oysters with mignonette, or pasta with sweet peas and lemon cream sauce. Private wine shops only.
