SeCan said in a release Matt’s diverse background – including agronomy and sales – has given him a deep appreciation of the agricultural industry, making him well-positioned to help grow SeCan’s business.

“We are thrilled to welcome Matt to the SeCan team,” said Jeff Reid, general manager of SeCan. “His experience as a plant breeder, coupled with his strong understanding of the needs of our member companies will be a great asset to our team.”

Matt shared, “Over the years I’ve become familiar with many of SeCan’s members and retail partners, and I look forward to building even stronger relationships in my new position with SeCan.”
