Metro donates $200,000 to kickstart United Way campaign

Metro Inc. has kicked off its United Way Employee Giving campaign with a $200,000 donation. The campaign has rolled out across Metro Ontario stores, offices and distribution centres and will run until December 28.

Metro has worked with United Way/Centraide for more than 25 years to fight poverty and social exclusion across Ontario and Quebec. Over the years, employees and customers have donated more than $22 million to United Way/Centraide and the community organizations they support.
