New PriceSmart Foods opens in Burnaby as store converts overnight

Under the leadership of store manager David Di Tomaso, the same great team members will continue to offer the same great service.

Under the new PriceSmart Foods banner, the store will offer new taste traditions to its customers with great value on the authentic products they are looking for including a full array of traditional Western and Asian grocery products, including specialty meats and seafood, unique snacks, authentic spices, sauces and more. Customers who are looking for a meal on the go can find a selection of freshly prepared sushi, salad and sandwiches.

“Our amazing team has been working hard to complete this conversion and we couldn’t be more proud to welcome the community,” said store manager David Di Tomaso. “Our customers are going to love our new selection of authentic products and ingredients at great prices!”

Grand opening celebrations kick off on May 22, where the first 88 customers will receive a free $10 gift card. Celebrations will continue all week with exclusive hot offers, giveaways, sampling in store and more!
