Niedner launches Altra 3D technology

MONTRÉAL — Hose manufacturer, Niedner Inc. has announced the launch of its Altra 3D technology.

The company says its Altra 3D technology is tailored for high-pressure applications across different end markets including municipal, forestry, agriculture, mining and industrial sectors.

The Altra 3D hose is best-suited to transport water, minerals, slurry, oil, gas, chemicals and other fluids in extreme environmental settings.

Niedner says the technology behind the Altra 3D was designed with difficult operating conditions in mind, which entails that it should withstand corrosion.

This 3D circular woven hose combines a double jacket hose into a single one, which helps to mitigate wrinkling and snaking. The hose does not require any additional maintenance work which should in turn reduce down time.
