Niluka Kottegoda joins impakt team as strategic advisor

Niluka Kottegoda has joined the impakt team as a strategic advisor. She is the founder of the DCCM Foundation, as well as a grocery retail business leader, most recently as vice president of customer experience with Sobeys where she worked for over 18 years. Before that, she worked at Katz Group Canada.

Kottegoda has always demonstrated a commitment to transformational social change, currently, she’s on the board of the Impakt Foundation for Social Change and is the founder of the Dream Chaser Change Maker Foundation (DCCM Foundation) amongst other philanthropic work.
