Peak Donuts launch at Fresh St. Market Vancouver House with 26 varieties

Home grown B.C. based big Peak donut craze hits Vancouver’s Beach District with specialty creation for Valentine’s Day

Fresh St. Market is now carrying its popular big Peak Donuts in the heart of the city at its Vancouver House location at 1423 Continental Street.

“With Peak Donuts becoming increasingly sought after at four Fresh St. Market locations in the province we heard loud and clear from Vancouverites with their wish to find Peak close to home and so now at Vancouver House we are happy to deliver 26 varieties baked fresh in house every day with seven special creations for Valentine’s,” said Palle Knudsen, Senior Director Retail Operations, Fresh St. Market. “It doesn’t get more local than enjoying Peak Donuts while sipping delicious Whistler-based Forecast coffee at our Fresh St. Market Café at Vancouver House. And special up until February 15 guests will find our new signature heart -shaped stuffed varieties.”

Peak Donuts are available at Fresh St. Market stores in Whistler, Surrey Panorama, Langley Walnut Grove, Kamloops Aberdeen Mall and now at Vancouver House.

There are 26 Varieties of Peak Donuts at Fresh St. Market including these favourites:

1. Custard King – Fresh with French bavarian cream with chocolate frosting.

2. Strawberry Pistachio – Fresh with strawberry glaze, chopped pistachios and white chocolate drizzle.

3. Crème Brulee – Fresh filled with French Bavarian Cream with a crispy, carmelized exterior.

4. Cookies N’ Cream – Fresh with white chocolate ganche icing, loaded with Oreo cookie pieces.

5. Apple Cinnamon Fritter – Fresh yeast fritter with apples and cinnamon topped with crumbled oat streusel.

6. Salted Dulce de Leche Cronot – Crispy fried puff pastry with dulce de leche and flaked sea salt.

7. Cheddar & Onion Fritter – fresh savory fritter full of cheddar cheese and green onions and brushed with garlic butter.

Guests can pick up a box of six Peak Donuts for $17.00.
