Peter Mattson, Senior EVP for Business Development at Lassonde to retire in March 2022

Lassonde announced earlier this week to its staff and employees that Peter Mattson, Senior Executive Vice President of N.A. for Business Development and Sales assistant to the President, will take a well-deserved retirement on March 31, 2022. Peter will continue in his role until that date and will assist Vince Timpano and Nathalie Lassonde with the transition to the role of President and COO of Lassonde Industries, as Jean Gattuso’s departure at the end of September was announced earlier this year.

During his 20-year career at Lassonde, Peter has played a leading role in the Company’s business development by creating and maintaining strong business relationships with many of our key customers and allies. He was also actively involved in the support and succession planning for the sales team, as well as in the integration of our North American business units.

Peter intends to remain active as a consultant in the food industry and spend time with his grandchildren. – 30 –
