Premium drinking brand crafts chocolate beads

Cocoa Canopy has introduced a drinking chocolate range carefully created using only a handful of ingredients.

According to Cocoa Canopy, it is the only UK drinking chocolate brand to craft unique fine chocolate beads for a superior, more intense flavour in every cup.

Cocoa Canopy’s range is crafted for enjoying hot or iced; from decadent Rich Dark to classic Smooth Milk, adventurous drinking chocolate fans can also explore the splendid Salted Caramel, luscious ‘Milk & Dark’ and single origin 70% Ecuador Dark varieties.

All five varieties offer versality – drinkers simply swirl together with hot water or warm milk for a traditional cup or enjoy over ice as an alternative to coffee. It can be made into milkshake, and drinkers can also mix a spoonful of beads into morning coffee to make a mocha. Tried and tested with all varieties of milk, two of the range are also vegan friendly – Rich Dark and Ecuador Dark.

The beads’ possibilities don’t end there – perfect as a cocktail or dessert ingredient for mousses, souffles, ganaches and ice creams, alternatively, sprinkle onto cereal, shake into homemade bakes or stir through sweet and savoury sauces for a mouth-watering alternative to chocolate chips.

Cocoa Canopy is Rainforest Alliance certified, and part of the Cocoa Horizons sustainability scheme, which protects and improves the livelihoods and self-sustainability of cocoa farmers and their communities. All five blends in the Cocoa Canopy range are made with sustainably sourced cocoa, each variety is palm oil free and all packaging is 100% compostable, including the inner bag.
