Provisur Technologies and the Multivac Group sign a co-operation agreement to offer integrated slicing lines for bacon and raw ham products.
“In discussions with our customers, we have identified an urgent need for slicing solutions for natural products in the high-output range, where we currently do not yet have a slicer,” explained Christian Traumann, president of the Multivac Group.
To close the gap in their product range, Multivac decided to partner with Provisur, who has experience in “whole muscle” applications and a portfolio of slicers.
Going forward, complete slicing lines will be sold via Provisur or Multivac. The latter will take on the project management for the complete line on behalf of the customer and will also offer service and after-sales care.
