Georgia exported 376 tons of blueberries from May 1 to June 29; this is an increase of 14 per cent compared to the same period of 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Protection reports. Earnings from these exports amounted to $2.5 million.
Main export destinations for Georgian blueberries were:
- Russia – 363 tons
- United Arab Emirates – 8.3 tons
- Armenia – 2 tons
- Qatar – 1.5 tons
- Moldova – 0.9 tons
