In other news, Wegmans, the 107-year-old grocery chain based in Rochester, N.Y., has topped Fortune’s Best Companies list every year since the list was launched in 1998, and this year it has managed a repeat performance. Fortune reports that Wegmans has been recognized for so long because, for starters, it has over 53,000 workers and maintains a $15 minimum wage, nearly double the national average.
