Snacks sold at Walmart, Loblaw and other stores recalled

Granola Bars, cereals, yogurts, and parfaits sold at Sobeys, Walmart, Metro, Loblaw, and other stores are being pulled from the shelves following a recall in Canada, reports Toronto.com.

The snacks pose a salmonella risk.

Following a recall by the Quaker Oats Co. in the U.S., Quaker Canada made a voluntary recall last week due to the possible health risk.

Shoppers who may have purchased the recalled snacks can call Quaker Consumer Relations at 800-532-4004 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, or visit www.QuakerRecall.ca for more information or product reimbursement.
