Sol Cuisine appoints Mary Dalimonte, Beena Goldenberg and Lisa Swartzman to the company’s board of directors. The new additions join Chair Mike Fata, CEO of Manitoba Harvest, and Dror Balshine, president of Sol Cuisine.
Dalimonte retired as the senior vice-president of merchandising and commercial programs for Sobeys, Inc.
The CEO of Supreme Cannabis, Goldenberg has experience in managing brands and operations within the Canadian CPG sector in companies including Parmalat, Ronzoni Foods and Pillsbury Canada.
Swartzman is an accomplished senior executive with 25-plus years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail and healthcare.
