Four leaders from across Canada’s manufacturing sector are set to headline the Advance: Women in Manufacturing – Keys to Success webinar on March 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EST.

This panel discussion will bring together executives from the food, safety apparel, petrochemical and advanced manufacturing technology sectors for a wide-ranging conversation about building a career in manufacturing.

Designed as a candid and practical conversation, the session will offer attendees a rare look behind the titles of leadership as panelists reflect on the decisions and setbacks that defined their paths. The focus is on what they learned, how they adapted and what that experience can offer to others working in the sector.
