Starbucks announces executive leadership changes effective April 1.
Michael Conway has been appointed on a newly created role of CEO in North America. He joined Starbucks and held various roles, most currently as a group president of international and channel development.
Sara Trilling will remain executive vice president and president of North America. Moreover, Belinda Wong, chairwoman and co-CEO and Molly Liu, co-CEO will both continue to lead Starbucks China team.
Brady Brewer will become CEO of Starbucks International, overseeing Asia Pacific, EMEA Japan and LAC.
He was previously an executive vice president and chief marketing officer with the company.
Former Saputo president and chief operating officer Lyne Castonguay is joining Starbucks as its global chief merchant and product officer.
She was previously president and chief operating officer at Saputo. She currently serves as a board member at Canadian Tire.
Starbucks is also planning to hire a global brand creative leader to impact its brand platform with audiences and culture.
