VANCOUVER — Vivreau, a sustainable water solution company, introduces three new water filters for North American water conditions, focusing on cafes, bakeries, catering, and vending operations. These filters address carbonate hardness, chloramine, and chlorides.
“Vivreau is committed to providing simple water solutions, tools, and training for the food and beverage industry,” said Anastasia Chovan, Certified Water Sommelier and Director of Sales, Vivreau Professional Filter. “With the new Vivreau water filters, we ensure that every cup of coffee, every baked good, and every steamed dish achieves its full flavour potential.”
The new filters offer several key features such as effectively removing 100 per cent chloramine and reducing carbonate hardness to prevent limescale buildup. The filters also capture chloramine and metal ions such as lead and copper while reducing chlorine residues. Equipped with Xtrasafe Technology, the filters use dual ion exchangers to guard against sulphates, chlorides, and gypsum, which can cause corrosion and deposits. Additionally, the filters provide chloride removal without the need for reverse osmosis, thus preserving essential minerals in the water and supporting water conservation efforts.
The filters include the PURITY C Quell ST Advanced for coffee, espresso, and vending machines, the PURITY C Steam Advanced for combi steamers and ovens, and the PURITY C Advanced. Vivreau also provides a Product Selector and Capacity Calculator Tool to help customers choose the appropriate filter and manage replacements.
