Weidmann unveils new telescopic wheel loader at Canadian Dairy XPO

The Canadian Dairy XPO showcases equipment that meets the needs of dairy operations of all sizes.

German agriculture equipment dealer Weidemann used the Canadian Dairy XPO as an opportunity to unveil the company’s newest wheel loader, the T6025 telehandler. This latest iteration features a lift height of 20 feet and a 5500-pound carrying capacity.

Sales consultant Andrew Lillies said the unit offers many new conveniences, including heated seats, a cell phone holder and charger, and a large display screen.

“There is lots of comfort for the driver,” he said, adding the unit has many practical features for operating comfort, including the vertical lift system, which is designed to ensure safety on the job.

He noted the proprietary system keeps the pallet forks parallel to the mast and can handle a wide range of tasks.

With that in mind, he added, the unit has a reversible fan that can remove dust and straw from the engine component.

The comfortable cabin also offers excellent ergonomics and all-round visibility, an electronically controlled drive system ecDrive with various operating modes.

He said the driving system has a 100 per cent differential, which saves on fuel and reduces overall wear on the unit.

“This machine is built for agriculture. It’s very versatile on the farm, from lifting bales to moving manure to feeding animals,” he said.
