Applied Nutrition launches new BCAA Amino-Hydrate drink

Applied Nutrition, a fast-growing sports nutrition brand in the UK, has extended its ‘On-the-go’ range by launching a new line of BCAA Amino-hydrate drinks in a 330ml carbonated can.

The drink is sugar free with only 109kj per can and serves 5g of Branch Chain Amino Acids. Ideal for intra-workout the drinks come in a caffeine-free and plus caffeine (100mg) version for those looking for extra energy.

Initially the company has launched with four flavours in the + caffeine version including Apple & Elderflower, Cloudy Lemonade, Orange Burst & Strawberry Soda. In the caffeine-free version there are two flavours including Orange Burst & Strawberry Soda.

The product is produced in the UK and will be available across gyms, sports nutrition stores and other retail/grocery outlets in the coming weeks.

Applied Nutrition CEO Thomas Ryder said: “We’re very excited about the launch of our new BCAA carbonated cans. After the successful launch of the ABE pre-workout carbonated can it made perfect sense to extend the range to include a BCAA drink.

“Already we’re seeing massive demand from existing customers in the retail and gym sectors, and we expect to stock this in some of the major supermarkets in the UK. Ideally we’re looking to launch it exclusively with one supermarket to start with for an exclusive period.”
